We stopped in on our way home, tons of unique treasures inside. We only had half an hour to try to go through as quick as possible but didn't even have time to check out the other building. We will make a point of coming back.
Everything is extremely over priced. Dollar store items or similar with a hefty price tag. Building smells heavily of cigarettes and wet basement. Items that are of value are in a wet damp basement. Don’t waste your time you can find better deals elsewhere that don’t smell like an ashtray.
I was here and wanted to buy something but the owner wasn't there and I wasn't able to get the full detail for the item I wanted. But the neighbor vendors were really nice though and everyone as well.
Love this place, not enough time in the day to see everything. From treasures to trash, there's something for everyone! ?Some prices are excellent, some are more expensive than I'd be willing to pay. The only complaint I'd have is the porta-johns ? weren't as clean and fresh as they could be, quite unpleasant smelling, but not filthy either. Other than that a great experience! ?
Whoever let them put the animals on display and take donations to help “conservationists” - leaving birds tied up to a chain in the blistering heat is not a conservationist. These people use these birds for money and it’s abusive.
A spectacular, sprawling sea of stuff. It is like the biggest yard sale on a lakeside farm. It is fun to wander around and indulge in nostalgia. Far bigger than I expected!
Since the vendor using the cabine near entrance was forced out of business (due to his stance against now removed travel restrictions) the market had lost half of it charm and spirit.
